思想有声。行动留痕，在时光里赶路，在教研里收获。“教而不研则浅，研而不教则空”，为了能更好地开展教育教研工作，提升本校英语的教育教学质量，共同研究如何“以文本插图教学在小学英语教学中培养学生思维品质”。

为深入学习并践行新课改理念，构建高效课堂，提高教学质量、聚焦课堂教学、培养英语教学骨干，根据学校教研会议精神和英语教研活动安排，2024年4月8日下午第一节课，由我校熊晓旋老师执教六年级下册《Work hard，work smart》。全体英语教师调整好自身课务，提前围绕主题思考，并准时参加活动。也欢迎其他学科教师参与本次教研活动。

2. 课堂教学

  熊晓旋老师的课堂十分活跃，创设情境，开展任务式教学，课件生动有趣，图文并茂，简约而不简单；环节紧凑，单词操练形式多样；通过整体教学，让学生感知知识的整体性和关联性。

    课堂上熊晓旋老师巧妙地利用板书，通过展示各种学科融合性的学习方法，例如唱英文歌学习英语、画思维导图来帮助背诵记忆单词等高效学习方法，从而教给同学们“Work hard，work smart”。

3.课后研讨

课后我校丁校长和英语组成员对于本节公开课进行教研。教师们各抒己见，纷纷指出课堂的教学亮点与有待改进的地方，并针对每一个细节都做了很好的剖析与概括。

李娟：熊老师的课堂锻炼了学生的综合学习能力，除了对课文内容的理解外，还与“跟上兔子”绘本进行融合，让学生们就“work hard or work smart”进行辩论，不仅是做到熟知课文内容，还锻炼了孩子们的思维能力和语言能力。同时又提出“学习其他学科的方法有哪些呢？”让学生用所学句式进行自主探讨，真做到read和speak的双重练习。视频短片和多样的图片辅助教学，吸引学生主动参与到学习中，提高学生的学习能力。

樊丽丽：①本节课基于单元整体教学理念来开展.注重内容的结构化，设计了逻辑清晰，层层递进的问题链.引导学生去梳理知识，有利于教学目标的达成。藏头诗开始设计新颖，贯穿课文。

②本节课很注重多模态显现方式.利用动图，视频等，将枯燥的知识丰富化，激发学生学习兴趣的同时帮助理解记忆。

③本节课创设了很多真实的语境，有很多多元的互动，兼顾语言的输入与输出，与学生平等交流，对话，有效组织自主，合作，探究学习。

④本节课是一节有意义的学习，教师把教学内容与学生已有的认知结构联系起来。引导学生主动开口说英语，学生积极动脑，动口，探讨了很多有用的学习方法，形成师生，生生互动的课堂。

朱妮娅：①课堂以学生感兴趣的图片以及视频动画来，引出本节课的主题，这样可以很好地激发学生的学习情。

②阅读课型特征明显，并进行分层阅读，整节课的教学策略都是以任务型教学为主，明确每一个环节的教学目的。

③在每一个教学环节中教师都有一些微技能的渗透，且不停提示学生解题技巧。

④这一堂课是一堂实在，系统扎实，动静结合的英语课。

Teaching aims:

S1:Yang Ling likes reading, so she reads books every evening and she can learn a lot.

S2:Su Hai likes singing. She listens to English songs and try to sing them.

T:What else does Su Hai do?

S3:Su Yang and she often work together too.

T:Good. Here “often” shows they work very hard. What do other students think of this idea?

Ss:They form a study group.

T:We can share with our group members. It helps us learn better. This is teamwork.

Teaching reflection:

本节课围绕“学习方式”展开，重在引导学生在学习中要努力学习，思考如何结合自己的兴趣爱好，用哪些学习方式提高学习效率。课堂利用视频短片和多样的图片辅助教学，将枯燥的知识丰富化，吸引学生主动参与到学习中，提高学生的学习能力，激发学生学习兴趣的同时帮助理解记忆。不过课堂节奏稍快，应当给学生多留一些自主思考，自主解疑的时间。因此需要精心设计小组活动，小组合作设计时要考虑可操作性，内容贴近目标，合作要求更清晰。

4.总结

一个人可以走得很快，但一群人才能走得更远。通过此次教研活动，给老师们提供了自身发展的平台。同时，教研活动合作、对话、专业研究的过程，加强了教师之间的教学交流。相信以后的活动中将会有更多的思维碰撞，激起更多教学智慧的火花。
