各相关小学:
根据《2021年江宁区中小学校本研修工作指导意见》的安排,为了进一步推动中小学校本研修工作的深入开展,更好地展示校本研修工作取得的阶段性成果,分享探讨江宁区教学改革的实践,提升校本研修工作的质量和成效,加快青年教师队伍建设和共同发展,经研究定于12月8日(周三)上午在南京市月华路小学开展2021年江宁区(东片)校本研修工作展示、交流活动。

李艳老师执教四年级上册Unit 8 Dolls 的story time,李老师以一首动感的body song带领孩子们唱跳热身迅速进入主题,整节课围绕爱与珍惜的主题展开教学,导入用洗娃娃的方式带领孩子们学习body parts的同时渗透爱惜娃娃的主题,在课文教授过程中让学生看听读画,适时追问引导学生深度思考如何正确对待娃娃,最后结合绘本升华爱和珍惜的主题,帮孩子树立正确的价值观。整堂课设计新颖,层次分明,有趣高效,展示了教师的专业素养,提升了孩子们的思维能力。

课后研讨、专题讲座
课后大家针对李老师的课进行了研讨,大家认为双减政策下,学生的作业负担减轻,融合主教材和绘本教学,有助于提高学生的语言能力和思维能力。
樊丽丽老师做了题为《巧借绘本 点亮课堂》的讲座。樊老师从科学选择绘本, 挖掘素材盘活阅读课堂;紧扣教学内容, 整合资源激活阅读课堂;创新教学方法, 搭建平台拓展阅读课堂这三个方面阐述了绘本在小学英语教学中的使用。樊老师分享了自己教学过程中的绘本教学案例,英语绘本阅读对学生想象力的培养、语言能力的提升、逻辑思维的构建都产生重要的推动力,从而提升学生对英语学习的兴趣, 成为精彩的英语课堂。李娟老师进行了总结,总结了本学期开展绘本融合教材的教学情况和经验,为以后的绘本教学之路指明方向。

伴随着冬日里的阵阵暖风和缕缕阳光,江宁区东片学校教师代表于12月8日上午齐聚南京市月华路小学,开展了“培养高阶思维,打造高效课堂”的校本研修展示活动。

Unit 8 Dolls (Story time)教学设计
教学目标
1.Try to understand and act out the story.
2. know some words about parts of the body.
3.Try to talk about the appearance of a person.
教学重点:
1)能听懂、会说、会读、会运用单词: eye,small,his,short,ear,thin,tall
2)能听懂、会说、会读、会运用句型: He’s/She’s.... His/Her...is/are...
教学重点:
1)正确使用His/Her ... is/are ...进行描述
2)词汇tall, short, nose, mouth, hair, her等单词的读音
教学步骤
Step 1 Warm up& lead in
Sing and dance
T: Hello, boys and girls, today I’m your new teacher, you can call me Miss Zhou. Now,class begins.Before today’s lesson, let’s sing and dance...Do you know what’s the song about? Great, it’s about body parts.We have our body parts,so do dolls. Today, we are going to learn <Unit 8 Dolls>, read after me-Dolls, dolls.
Clean the doll (教授身体部位单词)

3. Skim and answer

[教学反思]:
本课的主要教学目标是让学生能够描述人物的外貌。在分析了文本内容之后发现,单词对学生而言更难一些。为了突破单词这一难点,我设计了洗娃娃的环节来帮助学生对生词有大概的认知,解决重难点。而在真正上课的过程中则遇到一些困难,因为在阅读前的环节用时较多,容易掉进传统老套的先教单词再进入课文的模式。在磨课中和同事讨论后发现,需要弱化阅读前的操练强度,节省了时间可以更快的进入文本阅读,学生通过文本内容的分层解析对文本的理解更透彻,对于新的生词也能在阅读环节通过多种方式的阅读操练能够基本熟读,这样由易到难、由感知到熟读有梯度的学习方式更自然、更符合学生的学习规律。
下面是我在上课、同事评课、反思改进、再上课的过程中总结的一些收获:
一.紧扣文本阅读,设计分层阅读活动
在梳理文本的过程中,需要通过各种不同的活动来对文本内容进行分层处理,学生通过看动画、对比找五官的特征等方式完成任务。但不能仅止于此,更重要的是要紧扣文本内容,让学生能够熟读文本内容。所以在找出答案后学生可以在老师引导下要进一步地讲词变成与文中内容相关的句子,或者直接让学生找出原文中表明原因的句子,让学生跟读录音,在理解文本的过程中突破重难点句子。
二. 课堂要有松有弛,充分时间进行阅读
在梳理完文本内容后,需要足够的时间给学生进行阅读操练,在跟录音读完课文后,首先要通过自读、全班分角色朗读、小组领读等等活动让学生有更充分的时间进行自我的内化和熟悉,然后再进行分角色朗读、角色扮演或者配音等活动。这样,学生有更充分的时间进行操练,学生的学习效率和课堂效果会更好。
三.有效融合教材和绘本
本节课融合了绘本教学,设定了爱和珍惜的主题意义,所以在教学过程中贯穿始终。最终通过一系列活动教会学生用英语做事情。在后面的绘本中,学生用课文中的句型进行娃娃的介绍,以小组为单位轮流进行描述,让其他同学猜测是哪个玩偶。学生很好的运用了语言。
当然,在教授方法上还有些地方要注意。比如在教授新知时用时不宜平均用力。对于比较难的、学生不易掌握的要多花时间,而对于学生比较容易掌握的就少花时间。还有,在表明活动规则时语言要精练,不啰嗦,可以通过师生进行示范,就更加生动自然些。在以后的教学中我会有针对性地进行改进,让学生学到更扎实更快乐。
