南京市月华路小学英语教研组活动(一)
一、活动通知
按照学校教研工作计划,定于10月10日(周二)下午第二节课在一(10)班开展主题为“如何听课·说课”的教研活动,第三节课在二楼东三办公室集中研讨。请全体英语教师调整好自身课务,提前围绕主题思考,并准时参加活动。也欢迎其他学科教师,参与本次英语组教研活动。

This is Miss Li教学设计

1 Teaching Aims
Students can say the words“Miss Li, Mr Green, dad, mum.”
Students can say and use the sentence patterns“Good morning, Good afternoon, Good evening, Goodbye” correctly.
Students can greet to people correctly.
2 Teaching difficulties and importance
1. Students can understand the meanings of the story and try to retell and perform the story under the guidance of the teacher.

5 Teaching process
Step1: Warming up
Greetings.
T: Today I feel a little cold, Are you cold?
Ss: Yes.
T: So let’s enjoy a song together and clap hands. Then you will feel warm.
Enjoy a song: Hello
Step2: Presentation
Present one picture of Miss Chen(their music teacher)
T: Who is she?
Ss: Miss Chen.
T: So we can say “This is Miss Chen”. And who am I?
Ss: Miss Zhang.
T: So when you introduce me to your friends, you can say “This is Miss Zhang”, Understand?
Show the picture of Miss Li.
T: Look at this picture,guess, who is she?
Ss: Miss Li.
T:So today we learn “Unit3 This is Miss Li”
Play the cartoon of the story and ask some questions
Who are in the story?
Let students listen to the tape and read after the tape twice.
Teacher asks students to underline the sentences different people say in different ways.
Step3: Practice
Students read in pairs and prictice “Goodbye”.
Read in groups and PK “Which group read best?”
Step4: Activity
Role play
Teacher divides students into groups of 4. Each student acts a role of Liu Tao, dad, mum, Miss Li. Teacher provides the headwears and invites some groups to perform on the platform.
Step5: Summary
T: Now it’s time for summary. Who wants to be a little teacher today?
Let students think back the knowledge and summarize the points.
T: So today we learn about greetings. Liu Tao is very polite. We should learn from him and always greet others kindly . Ok?
Step6: Homework
Try to introduce Miss Zhang to your parents after school.
