五六年级英语备课组活动(二)

一、活动通知

按照学校教研工作计划,定于39日(周三)上午第三节开展主题为“在story time教学中的主题意义探究——以How do you come to school这一课为例”的集体备课活动,310日(周四)下午二三两节课进行试上反思。请五年级英语教师调整好自身课务,提前围绕主题思考,准时参加活动。

王鹍:

本单元话题是谈论家庭地址和上学所用的交通方式。在四年级上册Unit5 (Our new home)中,Su Hai搬进新家,教室也可以把新家或搬新家这一话题作为本单元的切入点,同时适当的个学生一起回顾一些有关房间或家居用品的词汇。此外本单元文本中涉及到Yang Lin,Su Hain等学生来校方式的原因。可以进一步引发学生进行思考Why do they come to school in this way? Why not by car?从而促进学生思考乘坐public transportation的重要性与环保的意义。同时也可以在这一环节,再次练习学生一单元所学习的Why...Because...句型。促进学生思考如何选择环保绿色节约能源的出行方式。如何合理设计自己的出行方式。从而推进学生在文本中主义意义的探究。

李娟:

学生能够拥有更多自主思考的空间,课堂上学生思维活跃,在王老师这个问题的引导下,纷纷说出自己独特的猜想与见解。真正把课堂还给学生,让学生充分发挥自己的表达与思考的潜能。尤其高阶思维倡导培养学生的想象与创造。学生能够结合自己的经验去构建出丰富的语言输出对于学生英语学习兴趣培养是起到十分重要的作用。同时新时代的教育理念更加注重育人,凸显培养学生核心素养这是教育改革所呼吁的。

张宇婷:

通过听这节课,我对五年级的新教材有了更加全面的了解,同时自己也让思考出了这个问题,怎样在story time教授中更好的促进高阶思维发展?要巧妙引导学生输出更为丰富的表达。不仅仅要在story time中促进学生主体升华,实际上应该在每一堂课包括作业设计方面都能渗透主题意义开展育人的教学活动。

五、教学设计

单元教材分析:

 本单元以谈论家庭住址与上学所用的交通方式展开学习重点使用Where do/does...live?How do/does...comet to school?为重点句型进行提问,及其回答I/They/You/We come to...by交通工具为重点。学生在运用中理解,感知并掌握。

单元教学目标:

1. 在整体理解的基础上要求学生能够听、说、认读各种交通工具的单词:bike, bus, taxi, metro, train, plane, ship.

2. 能够听说读写并熟练运用词组:by bike, by bus, by car, by taxi, by metro, on foot.

3. 能初步了解句型: How do you come to school I come to …by/on…

4.能复述上节课的故事。.能进一步表演故事。

5.领悟本课所学语法:如何询问人物的居住地及回答和如何询问人物怎样来学校及回答。

6.通过学习本课的学习,了解tr字母组合的发音。

第1课时

教学内容:Story time

教学目标:

1. 在整体理解的基础上要求学生能够听、说、认读各种交通工具的单词:bike, bus, taxi, metro, train, plane, ship.

2. 能够听说读写并熟练运用词组:by bike, by bus, by car, by taxi, by metro, on foot.

3. 能初步了解句型: How do you come to school? I come to …by/on…

教学重点:

1.能初步听懂、会读词汇ike, bus, taxi, metro, train, plane, shipby bike, by bus, by car, by taxi, by metro, on foot.

1. 能熟练运用“how do you come to school?” 和 “I come to school by….”进行问答。

2. 把地点换成其他地方依然可以熟练进行问答。

Step 1

1. 教师问同学知道有多少种交通工具,能否说出他们的英文表达。

2. 通过ppt和图片展示分别介绍各种交通工具。如:教师拿一张自行车的图片,和学生做问答。 T: Wow! How nice! Is that your bike?

       S: Yes, it is.

       T: May I have a look?

       S:SureHere you are.

        (教师拿起图片看着说)What a nice bike! 反复说bike, a bike, This is a nice bike.让学生听熟板书并教读。以同样的方式介绍其他新单词。

3. 通过英汉互译来请同学快速抢答。

4. 通过展示图片的方式来做开火车的游戏,来进行听、说、读和写的练习。

Step2

1. 教师可结合图片详细讲解句型How do you come to …? I come to …

 如:教师先拿着课前准备好的bike,同时将school的教学图片贴在黑板上,教师拿着bike的卡片走到教室的后方,然后做出骑自行车的动作,边做动作边向黑板前的school卡片移动,嘴上不断重复I come to school by bike. 接着教师再通过同样的方式来引出新的短语,by bus, by car, by taxi, on foot.

2. 讲解take…….by…….的转换。

3. 请同学互相做对话练习并运用take…….by…….的转换。

Step3 Practice

1. 进行分组比赛

 教师拿出早已准备好的写着句子的纸条,叫一些自愿的同学上来抽纸条,看纸条上的句子并用动作表演出交通方式,如果表演能力强,可以表演出交通方式和所要去的地方,让其他同学猜句子。例如抽到句子:I go to the cinema by bike.就表演在电影院看电影的动作,再做骑自行车的动作,让其他同学猜出短语by bike并说出句 I go to the cinema by bike.若动作不像,则找另外学生上来帮忙表演。对表演好、猜单词快的学生要进行表扬,加以鼓励!

2. 看图回答

教师展示不同地点的图片,如伦敦,北京等,让同学进行对话操练。

五、作业

1. 同学间互相采访,看看其他同学都是怎么来学校的。

2. 请同学到社会上做调查,看人们都使用哪些交通工具,哪种交通工具使用最多?

第3课时

一、 教学目标:

1. 知识与能力目标:本模块主要讲授的是动词的用法。在第二单元中通过运用一般现在时对同学的生活习惯的描述帮助学生理解动词的含义及用法。并通过阅读. 歌曲及游戏等活动来进一步学习所呈现的重点语言知识。

2. 情感态度目标: 以上学的方式为突出点,培养学生帮助同学的美好情感。

二、教学重点及难点:

能通过练习. 运用等活动使学生能够掌握实义动词一般现在时的用法是本模块的重点。

本模块涉及到的语法项目比较多,有一般现在时及其第三人称单数。使学生能正确的运用进行语言的交际是本模块的难点。

Step 1 Warm up

1. I do you say. 老师做动作,学生用“where do you live?”来描述老师家庭住址。

2. Free talk:

T: When do you usually get up? /How do you usually go to school?

复习usually的用法。

Step 2 Presentation and practice

1. 指导学生询问老师的一些情况. 老师就自己的情况做出回答,如:“I usually get up at 7. ”让学生初步了解“usually”的意思。

2. T: What do you usually gets up?

3. 听录音,猜同学how do you come to school 的意思。引出“I go to school by ”。

4. 再听录音。勾出课文中含“by bus”的句子,并了解句子的意思。统计课本中有几个同学是坐公交来学校的,有多少同学是骑自行车来学校的,有多少同学是步行来学校的。做个表格,进行统计。

5. 提前给出三个问题,让学生带着问题听录音。

How does she come to school every day?

回答问题,教师板书。

6. 放录音,跟读课文。

Step 3 Consolidations and Extension

1.两两谈论并反馈。

2. 把学生分成几个小组,给每个小组分发卡片,分小组分别写人名、动词词组、表示过去的时间等。随机从每组当中抽出一张卡片,用how do you come to school every day来造句。

3. 能理解Cartoon time故事大意并熟练朗读、表演。
